March 16th, 2018 marked the dawn of a new day for dim sum in Foster City and the Peninsula as Chef Wang opened the doors of his first artisan takeout restaurant, Dim Sum USA. Immigrating to the United States over 20 years ago, dumplings represented a bond with his beloved parents back in China.
As the years grew long and visits back home grew further apart, the unconditional love between Chef Wang and his parents manifested itself through food.
